The Big Box!

	2-15-2000 Well the BIG Box finally gets here. I had to hire a roll back wrecker to get it from the shipping dock to my home. That was best money I have spent in a long time. He just pulled a lever and placed it gently on the ground and pulled out from under it. I placed it on some rollers and pushed the 975 lbs into the shop. At Last my dream machine was HOME!!!
	Sort of filled up a big part of the my shop. Now I had to figure out how to get the darn thing opened!
	This is the first look inside the Box!
	Had to move everything back outside to have more room. Got the crate removed and this is how they had everything packed. The Rans people did a good job of getting everything packed and shipped safely. It's hard to believe the entire aircraft came in one box. The only part not shipped yet is the Rotax 912S engine. Now to start inventorying all those parts. About 8000 of them I have been told!
	2-16-00 This is a picture of my shop after everything was unpacked. The inventory is complete and the shipment was accurate. It took about 3 days to complete the inventory and then another couple to put everything away where I could find it when needed.
	This is a "A" frame parts holder I built over a rolling table. I used the wood from the shipping create. Parts are stapled in numeric order so I can retrieve them as needed without spending a lot of time looking all over the shop. As I inventoried each part I noted on the list the location in the shop were it was stored if it could not fit on this holder.
